I prepare independent psychiatric reports for solicitors, insurers, regulatory bodies and tribunals across Scotland, in civil, regulatory, family, immigration and criminal matters. Each area below sets out the clinical questions I can answer, the structure of the report, the usual timescales and the questions instructing agents most often ask.
Instructions are accepted from pursuer and defender agents alike. Where an instruction falls outside my areas of practice, or a conflict is identified, I confirm that promptly so that another expert can be approached without delay.
